Ruling of chicken with skin

Assalam o Alaikum

I have a question (Hanafi school of thought)

What is the ruling for chicken with skin? Specially when we know that the type of chicken we get here still have blood in small capillaries?

I skin it off myself after getting from market, but it takes a lot of time to remove blood from all the arteries and capillaries. With all my effort, I am still not 100% sure if they are free of blood or not.

Do I need to clean it with this detail (1 hour per kg approx)?
Or is it okay to consume it with residual blood as we get from market thinking that boiling and cooking would vaporize blood?

Wa alaykum salam.

The blood that is impermissible is دم مسفوح ie the blood that flows out of the animal. The blood that remains in the meat and veins after being slaughtered in the halal manner is considered permissible.
