Wudhu and Bleeding
Assalamu Alaikum WR
Sometimes i have bleeding through my teeth straight after i brush or use siwaak. Its not much but noticeable. Would that have impact on my fasting or wudu?
Bleeding does not break wudhu in the Shafi school.
According to the Hanafi school bleeding does break wudhu.
So if you have a problem of sensitive gums avoid brushing teeth immediately before salaat but rather this should be done beforehand so that you may take wudhu after the gums have stopped bleeding.
Furthermore your wudhu will only be broken if the blood is more than the saliva and this will be known by the blood colour being more dominant than the saliva.
